As a service provider, SICAS has a broad cooperation with China’s universities. Could you please give us a brief introduction of HUST.Mr. Zhao: Sure. HUST is a national key university directly under the administration of Ministry of Education of P. R. Chiana. The university has gained the rapidest development of unversities of China in the past 60 years and had been hailed as "the epitome of the development of China`s higher education".Nowadays it is attracting an increasingly growing number of International students worldwide.Host: What do you think appeal to foreign students?Mr. Zhao: HUST is TOP 10 among universities in mainland China. It is among the first universites joining the national "211 Projects" and "985 Projects" and owns best renowned Tongji Medical College around the world. Besides, our university has a total area of 1,153 acres with 72% greenery coverage. Host: Ah, great! What about programs offered at HUST?Mr. Zhao: At present, it is officially authorized by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of China to offer various programs to International students, including 93 undergraduate programs, 214graduate programs, 175 doctoral programs, 31 post-doctoral research centres as well as non-degree programs for learning Chinese language and culture.Host: Wonderful! Are there any English-medium programs?Mr. Zhao: Of course yes. Most programs is provided specially for those who worry about language barrier.
