Program Introduction

The MSc in IBM has three stages: teaching, research and internship or professional affiliation.

Initially, the MSc student takes a number of compulsory modules to be able to develop and understand conceptual lenses in management and organizational studies. Then the student has the opportunity to choose from a range of specialist modules.

In the second stage, the student develops research skills through specifically designed research method modules, seminars, and supervisor’s intensive engagement. The student also has the opportunity to interact with visiting professors and students from our partners abroad.

In the third stage, the student has the opportunity to apply knowledge to practice in the industry. The student develops affiliation with the business environment through internet, either in China or abroad, or both.
