Those who does not meet the requirement of HSK score can at first apply for the Chinese Language Program for one year before studying in the relevant colleges or departments. If this course taught in English,then no requirement on HSK

1. Photocopy of valid passport 
   With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
2. Passport photo 
   A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
3. Postgraduate school transcript
4. Master's degree diploma 
   Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
5. Letter of recommendation 
   From professor or associate professor or equivalents
6. Study plan 
   Including study purpose, research interest and research plan in brief
