8. Applicants must submit a clear scanned copy of the first page of their ordinary passport valid later than March 1, 2026. If the validity period of your current passport does not meet the requirements, please apply for a new one in a timely manner. For applicants who are unable to obtain a passport before submitting the application due to objective reasons, with the permission of the school, they may submit valid documents or supporting documents containing their name, gender, nationality, date of birth and other information.

10. The form must be filled out by a doctor in either Chinese or English. Applicants should undergo examinations strictly in accordance with the items required in the "Physical Examination Record for Foreigners". If there are any missing items, no personal photo attached, no cross-stamp on the photo, or no signature and seal of the doctor and the hospital, all such situations will be regarded as invalid. This inspection record is valid for six months.

Applicants must submit a valid certificate of no criminal record issued by the local public security authority, which is usually issued within six months prior to the date of application submission. If the applicant is truly unable to provide it, they should sign and upload the "Commitment Letter of No Criminal Record".

14. The economic guarantor must be a natural person with full civil capacity, at least 18 years old and a stable source of income. The economic guarantor must truthfully fill out the "Economic Guarantee Certificate" and provide a scanned copy of the first page of the economic guarantor's passport or the original ID card.
