Teaching Objectives
This program majoring in Western Economics. The program is designed to equip students with advanced skills in economic theory and econometrics. The emphasis is on development of students’ analytical skills, in particular their ability to identify key questions and to use theoretical and empirical tools to answer them. A graduate from this program will be in an ideal position to pursue doctoral study or successfully contribute to the business sector or government in China or around the world.
Internship
Students will have the opportunities to be engaged in industrial collaborative projects, interview techniques, resume instructions and review, visits to companies, and career consultation.
Degree Awarded
Qualified student will be granted Bachelor Degree of Economics by Xiamen University
Future Career
The graduates can work in the International trade transportation, insurance, customs clearance etc agencies, specialized foreign-trade corporations, and import and export department's of foreign-owned enterprises.

5.Personal Statement
Write a personal statement (minimum 800 words) in Chinese or English, which should include a self-introduction, a description of your educational experience, your motivations for studying inChina, and your study plan.
6. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form
7. Statement of Financial Support
certifying that the applicant has sufficient funds to cover his or her tuition, accommodation and living expenses. It should be accompanied by an employment certificate or income certificate and a photocopy of the valid passport of the financial sponsor.
