Professional employment prospects: Employment direction: Graduates majoring in computer science and technology can work in large Internet companies, 5G, artificial intelligence and other new infrastructure-related fields, and can engage in research and development, teaching, management and maintenance of computer applications in research institutes, government departments and related enterprises and institutions.

4.1 Hold a foreign passport, be in good health, and abide by Chinese laws and the regulations of JUST. 

4.2 Undergraduate students should hold a high school diploma and be generally under 30 years old; master's degree holders should have a bachelor's degree and be generally under 40 years old; doctoral degree holders should have a master's degree and be generally under 45 years old. 

4.3 The language proficiency requirements for applicants of English-taught programs are as follows. For bachelor's degree programs - 75 points on the IBT or 5.5 points on the IELTS; for master's or higher degree programs - 80 points on the IBT or 6 points on the IELTS. However, no such requirements apply to native English speakers. For Chinese-taught programs, applicants must have a recent HSK 4 certificate (within two years).

5.6 The academic materials required for doctoral program applicants are: the original or notarized copy of the student's academic transcript and the master's degree certificate (in either English or Chinese), two recommendation letters from different professors, published papers, and the research plan for pursuing a doctoral degree in China. 

5.6 Self-funded international students should designate a trustee in China and provide financial guarantee (international students who do not receive support from the Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship are classified as self-funded full-time graduate students).
