I.Educational Objectives

The purpose of this program is to train high-level application-oriented professionalswith globalvision,who can grasp thefundamental theories, knowledgeandskillsinglobal economicsandinternational trade; who should be quick in the awareness of the current international economic and local social development both at home and abroad; who can comprehend and apply into practice the current accepted standards, rules, regulations and laws in international trade and who can solve practical problems in this field.

II.Graduation Requirements

The students in this program will mainly study the basic theories and fundamental knowledge of economics and management, international economics and trade, receive the fundamental trainings of economics and management, and master the ability of theoretical analysis and doing the international trade business. The graduate of this program should obtain the following knowledge andskills:

1.Mastering basic theories and Knowledge of International Economics and trade;

2.Attaining the basic skills of dealing with the international trade practice;

3.Being familiar with the current policies and regulations of economics and trade in China;

4.Being able to carry out analyses and research with the quantitative, statistic and accounting methods;

5.Having the basic ability of listening, speaking，reading and writing in Chinese.

Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Fundamentals of Applied Statistics, Accounting, Management, Money and Banking, International E-commerce,World Business Environment, International Finance, International Settlement,International Investments, International Trade Principle, International Trade Practice, International Business Law, International Marketing.

V.Courses Instructed Bilingually (in Chinese & English) or in English

All the courses of this program, excepts a few Chinese-related ones, will be taught in English.

VI.Length of Study 4 years.

1.The applicant, who is between18-25 years old, has graduated from high school, has achieved above level 4(including) in HSK can apply for programs taught in Chinese.

2.The high school graduate without certificate of HSK can apply for our Try-out Courses after approval by interview, the validity of trial period is one year.

3.Programs in English:

1) English is the native language/official language; or

2) IELTS5.5 or TOEFL 60; or

3) Studied courses taught in English in high school or college; or

4) English level admitted by ZJUT.

1. Application form with ID photo (fill in online).

2. Photocopy of passport and all the visa pages.

3. Highest education certificate. Graduating students can provide pre-graduation Certificate. The original graduation certificate or notarized copy should be submitted before registration.

4. Transcripts for all the courses in highest education school.

5. Language proficiency certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must provide the photocopy of HSK certificate. Applicants for English-taught programs must provide grade report of TOEFL or IELTS test, or other proof which can reflect the applicants’ English proficiency (Not required for English native speakers).

6. Health certificate (within 6 month).

7. Non-criminal record certificate.

8. Two recommendation letters in English or Chinese (for graduate application). Letters must include phone number or email address.

9. Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and become foreign citizens should submit

(1) cancellation certificate of Chinese citizenship 

(2) current citizenship certificate 

(3) Exit and Entry Record on passport, from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2025.

10. Applicant who has acquired foreign citizenship automatically at the time of birth in a foreign country, whose parents were both Chinese citizens, or one of the parents was a Chinese citizen should submit:

 (1) Birth certificate of foreign country.

 (2) Chinese parents’permanent resident certificate of foreign country should be obtained prior to the birth of the applicant.

 (3) Exit and Entry Record on passport, from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2025.

11. Applicants under the age of 18 (by September 1st, 2025) should submit:

 (1) Letter of Guardian Guarantee and the guardian must be an adult living in Hangzhou.

 (2) A notarized copy of the Guardianship Authorization from the applicant’s parents.

12. If applicants studied in China before, study certificates and transcripts from former schools in China are required.
