(1) Program Objectives

Graduates will have an international perspective and overall health concept; systematically master the basic knowledge of medicine; master the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills of nursing, humanities and other related disciplines; have preliminary clinical work competence, teaching competence, management competence and research competence; have the awareness of quality improvement and patient safety protection as well as lifelong learning competence and sound professional quality and provide patients with evidence-based holistic care; become professionals who are competent in nursing work in various health care institutions.

1) Fundamental Subjects Platform Courses

Human anatomy; Histology and Embryology; Psychology Nursing; The introduction to Nursing; Immunological Basis and Pathogenic Biology; Pathology; Pathophysiology; Physiology; Pharmacology; Biochemistry.

2) Professional Core Courses

Fundamentals of NursingⅠ; Fundamentals of Nursing Ⅱ; Health Assessment; Community Health Nursing; Medical NursingⅠ; Medical NursingⅡ; Surgical NursingⅠ; Surgical NursingⅡ; Nursing Care of Children; Mental Health Nursing; Maternal and Infant Care; EmergencyNursing.

1. General Requirements
(1) Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy, friendly to China, have no criminal record, and be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid regular foreign passport. 
(2) Applicants must possess a high school diploma or above. 

2. Language Proficiency Requirements
English-taught Programs
Applicants whose native language is English are exempt from providing English language proficiency certificates. Applicants whose native language is not English must provide proof of English language proficiency with the results of IELTS (6.0 or above), TOEFL (80 points or above, SDU's DI code: C296), MyBest Scores (80 points or above), Essentials test (8 points or above), or other equivalent English language proficiency certificates. Applicants whose native language is not English but have received their highest level of education taught in English are exempt from providing
IELTS/TOEFL certificates and other proof of English proficiency, but must submit proof of the language of instruction. 

3. Applicants must meet the criteria specified in the Notice by the Ministry of Education of Regulating Admission of International Students to China's Higher Education Institutions (Letter No. 12 [2020] of the Ministry of Education).

Note: The exit and entry administration authority of the Chinese public security organ will determine whether the applicant has Chinese nationality in addition to foreign nationality based on the results of the nationality etermination. If it is determined that the applicant holds Chinese nationality after application, admission, or enrollment, the application, admission, or study qualification will be annulled.

1. Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2. Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3. Graduation certificate of high school
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4. Academic transcript of high school

5. English proficiency test certificate 
For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.

6. Certificate of No criminal record

7. Scanned copies of the financial guatrantee materials

8. Foreigner physical examiantion form
