4. For programs taught in English, the applicants are required to do an English proficiency test organized by the teaching unit or submit an English proficiency score they already have. ★For the MBBS program taught in English, the following are required: above 70 points (IBT) in TOEFL with no less than 15 points in each section or above 6.0 in IELTS with no less than 5.0 in each section or other English proficiency scores; a score of above 70 or C-level in math, physics, chemistry and biology; and an interview organized by the College should be passed.

5. Applicants who have given up their original Chinese citizenship and joined foreign citizenship and both or one of whose parents have Chinese citizenship should submit: (1) proof of having joined foreign nationality for at least 4 years; (2) passport entry and exit records from April 30, 2021 to April 30, 2025.

6. Applicants under 18 by September 1, 2025 must submit: a letter of guarantee from a guardian, who must be an adult residing in Changchun.

7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (This form is printed by the Chinese quarantine authority and must be completed in English). The applicant should complete each item of the examination in strict accordance with the requirements of the examination form. Incomplete records or those without a photograph of the applicants, without the signature of a doctor, or the official stamp of the hospital are invalid, and the examination results are valid for 6 months.
