Business administration is an interdisciplinary subject centered on the operation and management of enterprise organizations. It integrates theories from management, economics, sociology, psychology, and data analysis, and studies how to enhance enterprise efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and achieve sustainable development through scientific management methods.

Core objective:

Cultivate compound talents with strategic thinking, practical management skills and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, enabling them to work in core positions such as strategic planning, human resource management, marketing and operation management in various enterprises (including multinational companies and small and medium-sized enterprises), government agencies and non-profit organizations.
