Law is a discipline that studies legal phenomena and their laws. Centering on legal systems such as the Constitution, civil law, and criminal law, it explores the formulation, implementation, interpretation, and social effects of laws. It is not only a memorization of legal provisions, but also an analysis of the underlying logic such as "fairness and justice" and "rights and obligations". For instance, analyzing the liability for breach of contract in online shopping disputes through the Contract section of the Civil Code or defining the constituent elements of the crime of theft based on Article 264 of the Criminal Law are both typical scenarios of legal application. Its essence is to solve social conflicts and maintain order through normative analysis and logical reasoning, and cultivate professional talents with legal thinking and practical ability.
