Software engineering is an engineering discipline that studies the design, development, testing, maintenance and management of software systems. It applies systematic, standardized and measurable methods throughout the entire lifecycle of software, aiming to address core issues such as "high software complexity, low development efficiency and difficult quality assurance". From operating systems, mobile apps to artificial intelligence algorithms and aerospace control systems, the achievements of software engineering support the digital operation of modern society.
