The research field of business administration is centered around the "entire process of organizational operation", covering multiple dimensions such as strategy, human resources, finance, and marketing. The main directions include: 

Strategic Management: This involves studying the long-term development direction and competitive strategies of enterprises, covering industry analysis, market positioning, resource integration, risk control, etc. For example, how enterprises can formulate global strategies and respond to industry changes (such as digital transformation).

Marketing: This focuses on the promotion of products or services and the matching of user needs, including market research, brand building, channel management, digital marketing (such as social media marketing, live-streaming e-commerce), etc. The core is to achieve "value transmission" and "user growth".

Human Resources Management: This pays attention to the selection, training, utilization, and retention of internal talents in the organization, covering recruitment and allocation, performance management, salary system design, organizational culture building, and employee relationship management, etc. For example, how to enhance team efficiency through incentive mechanisms.

Financial Management: This studies the raising, allocation, monitoring, and appreciation of enterprise funds, including financial statement analysis, investment decisions, financing management, risk management (such as exchange rate risk, credit risk), etc. It is the "financial core" for the stable operation of enterprises.

Operational Management: This focuses on the efficient execution of core business of enterprises, involving production planning, supply chain management, quality management, process optimization, etc. For example, lean production in manufacturing and improvement of logistics delivery efficiency in e-commerce enterprises.

2. Requirements for the applicant's educational background and age: 

Those who are pursuing a bachelor's degree must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25. 

(2) Those who are pursuing a master's degree must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35. 

(3) Those pursuing a doctoral degree must hold a master's degree and be under the age of 40. 

(4) Those pursuing non-degree education courses should be under the age of 45. 

3. Not a recipient of any other scholarships. 

4. Language proficiency requirements: IELTS >= 6.0, TOEFL > 80, MELAB >= 10

On the application system of our university, applicants must fill in information in Chinese or English and submit application materials online.

1. Valid Ordinary Passport.

If the applicant is in China, a valid residence permit is also required.

2. The highest degree certificate. Graduating students can provide a pre-graduation letter as a substitute, and have to bring the original certificate when they come to China.

3. Transcripts.

4. "Physical Examination Record for Foreigners"(Attachment 3).

Applicants should strictly follow the items required in the "Physical Examination Records for Foreigners" and fill them out in Chinese or English. The “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners” missing pages or without a photo or a cross-page seal on it, or without a signature of physician or seal from hospital is invalid. Whereas the inspection results are valid in 6 months, applicants are requested to determine the time of their medical examination accordingly.

5. Valid non-criminal record certificate within 6 months. If the applicant is already in China, she/he can only provide performance letter or Non-objection certificate from current university.

6. Proof of Language Proficiency.

7. Study Plan for Bachelor or Research Plan for Master and PhD.

8. Two recommendation letters signed by (associate) professors (Undergraduate students are exempt).

9. Conditional acceptance letter (It’s not a mandatory but a preferred file, with which students will be admitted in priority).

10. Others preferred: academic achievements (important), certificates of sports or cultural activity.

11. Students under 18 years old should upload Letter of Authorization.(Attachment 4)

Note: Chinese or English translation copy is mandatory if original file is not in Chinese/English/Spanish.
