Professional Overview: This major belongs to the category of engineering management. It focuses on the logistics system as the research object, and studies the planning and design of the logistics system, the planning and control of the logistics operation process, the optimization allocation of resource flows such as material flow, information flow and capital flow, as well as the strategies for supply chain cooperation and coordination from both domestic and international perspectives.

Training Objectives: To cultivate application-oriented and multi-disciplinary logistics management professionals with comprehensive engineering capabilities in logistics systems, including prediction and planning of logistics systems, logistics system design, logistics information technology, transportation engineering, logistics facility planning, etc.

Main Courses: Usually include Logistics Overview, Supply Chain Management, Logistics System Planning and Design, Logistics Information Technology, Warehousing and Distribution Management, Transportation Management, Logistics Cost Management, Logistics Facilities and Equipment, Operations Research, Management Information System, etc.

Research Directions: Common ones include logistics planning and design, logistics supply chain management, intelligent logistics, etc. Some schools also offer directions such as logistics process management technology and international trade logistics.

Those who are pursuing a bachelor's degree must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25. 

(2) Those who are pursuing a master's degree must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35. 

(3) Those pursuing a doctoral degree must hold a master's degree and be under the age of 40. 

(4) Those pursuing non-degree education courses should be under the age of 45. 

3. Not a recipient of any other scholarships. 

4. Language proficiency requirements: IELTS >= 6.0, TOEFL > 80, MELAB >= 10

On the application system of our university, applicants must fill in information in Chinese or English and submit application materials online.

1. Valid Ordinary Passport.

If the applicant is in China, a valid residence permit is also required.

2. The highest degree certificate. Graduating students can provide a pre-graduation letter as a substitute, and have to bring the original certificate when they come to China.

4. "Physical Examination Record for Foreigners"(Attachment 3).

Applicants should strictly follow the items required in the "Physical Examination Records for Foreigners" and fill them out in Chinese or English. The “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners” missing pages or without a photo or a cross-page seal on it, or without a signature of physician or seal from hospital is invalid. Whereas the inspection results are valid in 6 months, applicants are requested to determine the time of their medical examination accordingly.

5. Valid non-criminal record certificate within 6 months. If the applicant is already in China, she/he can only provide performance letter or Non-objection certificate from current university.

6. Proof of Language Proficiency.

7. Study Plan for Bachelor or Research Plan for Master and PhD.

8. Two recommendation letters signed by (associate) professors (Undergraduate students are exempt).

9. Conditional acceptance letter (It’s not a mandatory but a preferred file, with which students will be admitted in priority).

10. Others preferred: academic achievements (important), certificates of sports or cultural activity.

11. Students under 18 years old should upload Letter of Authorization.(Attachment 4)
