Application Deadline Feb 28,2026
RMB 30800 per year
Strategic Management: The "navigation system" for the long-term development of enterprises, studying how to formulate, implement and adjust strategies to cope with market competition. For example: analyzing industry trends (such as the impact of new energy vehicles on traditional automakers), clarifying the enterprise positioning (such as Xiaomi shifting from a mobile phone manufacturer to a "technology + manufacturing" ecosystem), formulating differentiated competitive strategies (such as Haidilao focusing on "service" as its core competitiveness), and ultimately achieving the enterprise vision (such as "becoming a global leading XX enterprise").
Marketing: The "bridge" connecting enterprises and consumers, studying how to identify needs, meet needs and achieve profitability. This includes market research (through questionnaires and big data analysis of consumer preferences), brand building (such as Coca-Cola shaping the "joy" brand image through advertising), channel management (such as Fronius Mountain Water's layout of offline convenience stores and e-commerce platforms), pricing strategies (such as "premium pricing" for luxury goods and "low margin, high volume sales" for fast-moving consumer goods), promotional activities (such as the "full discount" on Double Eleven and live-streaming sales), etc.
Human Resources Management: The "talent engine" of the enterprise, responsible for selecting, educating, employing and retaining talents. For example: designing recruitment processes to attract core talents (such as the "campus recruitment + social recruitment" dual channels of internet companies), building training systems to enhance employee capabilities (such as Huawei's "Huawei University" for cultivating management personnel), formulating performance evaluation systems (such as the combination of KPI and OKR), designing salary and welfare systems (such as equity incentives to retain core technical personnel), handling labor relations (such as compliant termination of labor contracts to reduce legal risks).
Operations Management: The "operating system" for the daily operations of enterprises, focusing on the efficient execution of production and services. For example: supply chain management in manufacturing (such as Toyota's "lean production" model to reduce inventory waste), process optimization in the service industry (such as Starbucks' "quick order - production - delivery" process to increase turnover rate), quality management (such as the ISO9001 system to ensure stable product quality), project management (such as the "agile management" in software development to quickly respond to demand changes).
