1. Healthy individuals (free from infectious diseases and physical or mental disorders that affect normal study), with good conduct, of non-Chinese nationality. 

2. Educational Requirements: Applicants for the doctoral program must hold a master's degree. 

3. Language Requirements: 

Applicants for English-taught programs, except those whose native language is English, are required to provide proof of English proficiency such as TOEFL/IELTS/DUOLINGUO (excluding TOEFL ITP scores) or proof of previous English-taught courses; applicants for Chinese-taught programs are required to provide a certificate of HSK4 or above (or above) or proof of previous Chinese-taught courses. 

4. Age requirement: For those applying to pursue a doctoral degree, the age should generally not exceed 45 years old.

(1) Notarized highest academic degree certificate and complete transcript (for graduates, provide a pre-graduation certificate); Certificates and transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be accompanied by their Chinese or English translations; Students must bring the original academic degree certificate when they register for classes. 

(2) Language proficiency certificate: For students applying for English-taught programs, except for those whose native language is English, they are required to provide an English proficiency certificate such as TOEFL/IELTS/DUOLINGUO (excluding TOEFL ITP scores) or proof of previous English-taught courses; for students applying for Chinese-taught programs, they are required to provide a certificate of the Chinese proficiency test at level 4 (HSK4) or above, or proof of previous Chinese-taught courses. 

(III) Personal Resume. 

(4) Two recommendation letters (written in Chinese or English by a full professor or an associate professor, along with the titles, signatures and contact information of the recommenders). 

(V) Learning Plan or Personal Statement (in Chinese or English). 

(6) Attachment: Intention Form for International Students Accepted by Mentors of Zhejiang Gongshang University.doc (PhD applicants are generally required to submit this form). 

(7) Passport. 

(8) 2-inch photo (Reference format for the photo: Color 2-inch bareheaded ID photo, white background, no border, head occupies 2/3 of the photo size, photo size should be no less than 320*240 pixels, aspect ratio of height to width is 4:3, size is 100-500KB, JPG format). 

(IX) Attachment: Foreigner's Physical Examination Form.pdf. This form is uniformly printed by the Chinese health quarantine department and needs to be filled out in either Chinese or English. Applicants must conduct the examination strictly in accordance with the items specified in the "Foreigner's Physical Examination Form". Any missing items, failure to attach a personal photo, absence of a seam seal on the photo, or absence of signatures and stamps from doctors and hospitals render the "Foreigner's Physical Examination Form" invalid. The validity period of the examination results is 6 months. The system submission of the application is sufficient for it to be valid. Please let the applicants determine the time for their physical examination accordingly. 

(10) Certificate of No Criminal Record. 

(11) Application fee receipt: A 400 RMB bank remittance receipt. (Regardless of whether you are admitted or not, the application fee will not be refunded.)
