4.1 Non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports 

4.2 Applicants must be under the age of 25 and have completed high school education (those who have not graduated yet at the time of application must provide proof of expected graduation, and must obtain their high school diploma no later than before the start of the program). 

4.3 Have good conduct and be physically and mentally healthy (free from infectious diseases and any physical or mental disorders that may affect normal studies). 

4.4 Language Proficiency Requirements 

For professional programs taught in Chinese, applicants are required to provide a report of their Chinese proficiency test (HSK) results. If the language of instruction for the compulsory courses during the secondary education stage (middle school and high school) is Chinese, applicants can be exempted from submitting the HSK results report. 

For the professional programs taught in English, there is no requirement for the applicant's Chinese proficiency. However, if the applicant's native language is not English, they must provide proof of TOEFL/IELTS scores or other evidence of their English proficiency. 

The Chinese language training program has no language requirement for admission.

"Application Form for International Students of Ningbo University of Finance and Economics" (to be filled in in either Chinese or English). 

② The first page of the passport, all visa pages (if any), and the passport's validity period should be later than December 2025. 

③ High school graduation certificate or pre-graduation certificate or certificate from a vocational school. 

④ High school transcript. The transcript should be issued and stamped by the academic affairs office of the school or the relevant student management department. 

⑤ Language proficiency certificate (HSK/TOEFL/IELTS). 

⑥ A bank deposit certificate equivalent to 30,000 RMB (signed with the student's name). 

⑦ Copy of the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form" (Keep the original for yourself. This form is uniformly printed by the Chinese Health Quarantine Department and must be filled out in English). Applicants should conduct the examination strictly in accordance with the items required in the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form". An incomplete form, one without the applicant's photo attached or without the signature and seal of a doctor and hospital, and one without the official seal of the form is invalid. The validity period of the examination results is 6 months. 

⑧ Certificate of No Criminal Record. The applicant is required to submit a valid certificate of no criminal record issued by the local public security authority. Generally, it should be a document issued within the past 6 months prior to the application submission. 

⑨ Other supplementary materials (such as award certificates, etc.).
