1. Non-Chinese citizens, in good health; 

2. Applicants for the undergraduate program: Must be 18 years old or above and under 40 years old. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 

3. Applicants for the Shanghai Government Scholarship Program for Foreign Students: Must be under the age of 25 and have not received any other types of scholarships from the Chinese government at the same time;

3. Passport-sized ID photo 

4. High school graduation certificate or equivalent academic qualification certificate (for fresh graduates, a pre-graduation certificate can be provided first). For certificates that are not in Chinese or English, a Chinese or English translation is also required. 

5. Copies of all course transcripts from the high school years 

6. Proof of Chinese or English language proficiency 

7. Study plan for coming to China: Based on the teaching language of the applied major, it should be written in either Chinese or English.
