1. In good health, with a proper conduct, having a high school diploma (or equivalent) or higher education degree.

2. Hold a valid foreign passport. 

3. Pass the "Chinese Proficiency Test of the People's Republic of China" (i.e. HSK) at level 4 or above. Those who are exempted from the HSK certificate by Malaysian Chinese secondary schools do not need to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (the list of exempted schools is detailed in Appendix 1).

(1) Application Form for Overseas Education Program of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Attachment 2);

(2) Photocopies of high school diploma and transcript;

(3) Copy of passport;

(4) Copies of the "Foreigner's Physical Examination Form" or "International Travel Health Certificate" within the last six months;

(5) Photocopy of the "Chinese Proficiency Test" (i.e. HSK) certificate at level 4 or above;

(6) One 2-inch recent unframed photo in JPG format, and 5 paper photos.
