International economy and trade

✔ All applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged between 18 and 30, holding valid foreign passports, with a high school diploma (or equivalent educational qualification). They should be in good health, have a good character, have no criminal record, and be willing to abide by the laws of the Chinese government and the school's regulations. They should also respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people. 

✔ Have a Chinese proficiency level of HSK Level 4 or above, or equivalent. High school graduates who have used Chinese as the main teaching language throughout their secondary education and apply for undergraduate admission can apply for exemption from submitting the HSK certificate, but they must provide corresponding proof. 

✔ Foreign nationals must hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence abroad for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (as of April 30 of the year of enrollment). (Nine months of actual residence abroad can be counted as one year, based on the entry and exit stamps.)

(1) Scanned copy of the "Application Form for International Students of Fujian Jiangxia University" (please refer to Appendix 1). (The form should be filled out in Chinese or English, and signatures should be provided via electronic signature); 

(2) A recent, clear, frontal, half-length, 2-inch color photo without a hat, taken in a white background, in electronic format; 

(3) A scanned copy of my passport, which should have a validity period of more than 3 years (including 3 years). 

(4) Health certificate or scanned copy of the "Foreigner's Physical Examination Form"; 

(5) Scanned copy of the highest educational qualification certificate (at least high school level or above) (in either Chinese or English notarized document); 

(6) Scanned copies of all academic transcripts from the highest educational level (including high school or above) (in either Chinese or English with a notarized certificate); 

(7) Scanned copy of the certificate of no criminal record; 

(8) International Student Financial Guarantee Letter (please refer to Appendix 2); 

(9) Scanned copy of the HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) certificate; 

(10) A scanned copy of a recommendation letter (issued by the original school attended); 

(11) The applicant's personal statement should include the following contents: (Describe your impression of China and Fujian Jiangxia University in English or Chinese, as well as your academic and work experiences related to the applied course, and your research plan. If you have any relevant academic research achievements or published works, please mention them in the statement), no less than 400 words. 

(12) If you are currently employed, please provide a work certificate from your current employer. 

Applicants are requested to submit all the above materials in PDF format, numbered in sequence. The paper copies should be sorted in the same order and kept for future reference. They must be submitted upon arrival at the school for verification. If the application materials are untrue or incomplete, the school will not accept them. Regardless of whether the application is successful or not, all the above materials will not be returned.
