1. Nationality requirement: Non-Chinese nationality. 

2. Educational Qualification: Possess a high school diploma recognized by the state. 

3. Language Requirements: 

Chinese-taught program: High school graduate, with a valid HSK Level 4 certificate of 180 points or above, or equivalent Chinese proficiency proof. 

For English-taught programs: High school graduation and a valid IELTS score of 5.5 or above, or equivalent English proficiency certificate (except for native English speakers).

1. Application Form for International Students of Shandong University of Finance and Economics 

2. Scanned copy of the personal information page of the passport; 

3. A 2-inch bareheaded photo with a white background in JPG format; 

Notarized high school diploma; 

5. Notarized high school transcript; 

6. Language proficiency certificate (valid within the validity period); 

7. Non-graduates of the current year must submit their personal resumes. 

8. Proof of financial guarantee.
