1. Nationality requirement: Not Chinese nationality. 

2. Educational Requirements: 

Master's degree application: Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree certificate and bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized institution. 

Doctoral student application: Must hold a master's degree certificate and master's degree issued by a recognized institution. 

3. Language Requirements:

1. "Application Form for Foreign Students of Shandong University of Finance and Economics" 

2. Scanned copy of the personal information page of the passport; 

3. A 2-inch personal photo without a hat, in a white background, in JPG format; 

4. Language proficiency certificate (valid within the specified period); 

5. Non-degree graduates are required to submit their resumes; 

6. Two expert recommendation letters; 

7. Self-introduction and study plan; 

8. Economic guarantee certificate
