Electronic Information

1. The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen (in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Regulating the Work of Higher Education Institutions in Accepting International Students"), in good health, friendly towards China, and have no criminal record.

2. The applicant must have a high school degree or above.

3. Language proficiency requirements:

(1) For Chinese-taught programs: A certificate of Chinese proficiency test (HSK) at level 4 (180 points or above) or above is required. For applicants whose highest degree is taught in Chinese, the HSK certificate is not necessary, but proof of teaching language must be provided.

(2) For English-taught programs: Applicants whose native language is English do not need to provide English language proof; applicants whose native language is not English must provide IELTS (6.0 or above), TOEFL (80 points or above), TOEFL iBT score (80 or above), Essentials test (8 points or above), or other equivalent English proficiency proof materials; applicants whose native language is not English and whose highest degree is taught in English do not need to provide IELTS/TOEFL etc. English proficiency proof, but must submit proof of teaching language.
