Management Science and Engineering

1. Non-Chinese citizens who are in good physical and mental health, have a strong academic background, consciously abide by Chinese laws and school regulations, and respect Chinese customs and traditions. 

2. Language proficiency requirements: 

● English language instruction: IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 80 points, Duolingo 90 points or equivalent level 

● Chinese language instruction: HSK Level 4 or above 

3. Educational Requirements and Age Restrictions: 

● Master's applicant: Has a bachelor's degree and is under 35 years old. 

● Doctoral applicant: Holds a master's degree and is under 40 years old.

1. Passport: Front page of the passport (with a validity period of more than 12 months). 

2. Academic Certificate: Notarized certificate of the highest academic degree; if the applicant is a recent graduate, a projected graduation certificate or student status certificate from the school should be provided. 

3. Academic Transcript: Official transcripts for undergraduate, master's (if applicable), and doctoral (if applicable) degrees (with the school's academic department's official seal). If the transcript is not in Chinese or English, an English translation certified by a notary public must be attached. 

4. Language proficiency certificate: Provide a valid language test score certificate within the last two years (such as HSK, TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo). 

5. Admission Letter from the Supervisor: It is recommended to contact the relevant supervisor in advance to obtain the acceptance intention letter (refer to: https://gs.njust.edu.cn/dsjs/list.htm). Click to download the template of the supervisor's admission letter. 

6. Learning Plan: Write a learning plan of over 1000 words (in either Chinese or English). Click "Download" to access the template for the study plan in China. 

7. Recommendation Letters: Submit two recommendation letters (signed by professors or associate professors), which should include evaluations of academic ability, research capabilities, and future development potential. 

8. "Foreigner Physical Examination Form": Copy (Original should be kept by the applicant. This form is uniformly printed by the Chinese Health Quarantine Department and must be filled out in English). Applicants should conduct the examination strictly in accordance with the items required in the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form". Any missing items, those without a photo attached by the applicant or without a seam seal on the photo, or those without the signatures and stamps of a doctor and hospital are invalid. 9. Certificate of No Criminal Record: Issued by the local public security bureau. The document must be valid within 6 months prior to the application. 

10. Financial proof: Provide financial guarantee materials (such as income certificates from parents or guardians, deposit certificates, or guarantee letters). 

11. Other materials: Such as published papers, authorized patents, award certificates and other strong supporting documents.
