International economy and trade

(1) Hold a foreign nationality, be friendly towards China, have no criminal record, be in good health, and meet the health standards for foreign students in China as stipulated by the Ministry of Education (those who fail the physical examination after arrival will not be registered);

(2) Have good conduct, abide by Chinese laws and regulations and school rules and regulations, and respect Chinese customs and habits;

(3) Generally, be at least 18 years old, undergraduate students under 35 years old, and graduate students under 40 years old (age is calculated as of May 31, 2025);

(4) Have excellent grades and good abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese, English or Russian;

(II) Educational requirements:

(1) Applicants for language preparatory programs and undergraduate programs must have a high school degree or above;

(2) Applicants for master's programs must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent;

(3) Applicants for doctoral programs must have a master's degree or equivalent.

(III) Language requirements:

Undergraduate students: Students choosing Chinese language instruction must provide a HSK-4 certificate (180 points or above), and students choosing English language instruction from non-English-speaking countries must provide TOEFL or IELTS score certificates (IELTS 5.5 points, TOEFL written test 70 points or above and equivalent level, or participate in internal tests, with outstanding candidates given priority);

Master/Doctoral students: Applicants for Chinese language instruction must provide a HSK-5 certificate (180 points or above): Students choosing English language instruction from non-English-speaking countries must provide TOEFL or IELTS score certificates. (IELTS 6.0 points, TOEFL written test 80 points or above and equivalent level, or participate in internal tests, with outstanding candidates given priority.)

2) The passport validity period should be more than 12 months

3) If under 18 years old, a certificate of guardianship in China signed by parents is required

4) High school diploma certificate (with notarized English translation and original copy)

5) High school transcript (with notarized English translation and original copy)

6) Language proficiency certificate

7) Bank deposit certificate (more than 5000 US dollars)

8) "Certificate of Physical Examination for Chinese Citizens" issued by the relevant medical institution

9) No criminal record certificate

10) Other materials required by each professional college
