1.Be in good health and over 18 years in age

2.An accredited bachelor's degree plus 3 years full-time work experience, or an associate's degree plus 5 years full-time work experience

3.Applicants with a score above 600 are given priority

4.Official transcript bearing university stamp or seal

5.Recommendation from at least two teachers with titles of or above associate-professor

6.Have certain English proficiency (TOEFL: 85 (internet based); or IELTS: 6.5; or Bachelor of English; or Got Bachelor in English Speaking Country)

1.Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included

2.Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

3.Documents of English or Chinese language proficiency

4.Certificate/diploma of highest education
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

5.Academic transcript of highest education

6.Proof of remittance of application fee

7.Resume
Written in Chinese or in English

8.Letter of recommendation
From professor or associate professor or equivalents

9.Financial support statement
Photocopy of the financial support statement with signature

10.Essay
A 500 word essay written in Chinese or English is required.
