Non-chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport with good physical and mental health and excellent academic performance Abide by Chinese laws and regulations and school rules and regulations

The academic level must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Fresh high school graduates recognized by the state shall obtain a high school graduation certificate recognized by the state before admission in the same year, otherwise the admission qualification is invalid.

2. A high school diploma recognized by the state.

3. Persons who have obtained a bachelor's degree.

Applicants who are native English speakers, or who have provided evidence of two or more years of English-taught studies, may not provide evidence of English scores;

Applicants whose mother tongue is not English must provide proof of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 or above; Or pass the exam organized by the School of International Education of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
