1. A non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport with good physical and mental health and excellent academic performance

3. The academic level must meet one of the following conditions:

 Fresh high school graduates recognized by the state shall obtain a high school graduation certificate recognized by the state before admission in the same year, otherwise the admission qualification is invalid.

 A high school diploma recognized by the state.

 Persons who have obtained a bachelor's degree.

   5.Applicants who are native English speakers, or who have provided evidence of two or more years of English-taught studies, may not provide evidence of English scores;

     Applicants whose mother tongue is not English must provide proof of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 or above; Or pass the exam organized by the School of International Education of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
