First level
First level winners are exempt from tuition fee, accommodation fee, and living allowances are provided.
Living allowances:

Master:
2000RMB/month*12months

100% tuition fee
Third level
50% tuition fee

03 Eligibility of Applicants
Health status
Good physical and mental health (no infectious diseases and no physical or mental diseases affecting normal study).
Age requirement
Applicants applying for undergraduate program should be under the age of 25 before September 1st, 2025. Applicants applying for the Master program admissions should be under the age of 30 before September 1st, 2025. Applicants applying for the PhD program admissions should be under the age of 35 before September 1st, 2025.
Educational requirement
Applicants applying for undergraduate program hould hold a high school diploma before September 1st, 2025.
Applicants applying for the Master program admissions should hold a bachelor’s degree certificate before September 1st, 2025.
Applicants applying for the PhD program admissions should hold a Master’s degree certificate before September 1st, 2025.
Learning ability
Applicants should have good learning ability and academic performance. The requirement for previous academic grade level is an average score of 75% and above.
The global standard tests SAT/ACT/A-Level/AP/IB/IGCSE/WAEC/GED/GRE/GMAT are also accepted .
Language requirement
Applicants should have Chinese/ English language proficiency that meets the application and admission criteria.
Nationality requirement
The applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens with valid passports.
For the applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, these applicants must hold the passports or the citizenship certificates of their current countries for at least 4 years in addition to the 2-year “proof of residence” in the recent 4 years.
Applicants whose one or both parents are Chinese citizens must provide one of the following supporting documents:
(1) The certificate proving that the applicant obtained the foreign nationality at birth;
(2) For applicants who used to be Chinese citizens but later immigrated to other countries, these applicants shall provide the certificates of cancellation of Chinese nationality.
04 Application Period
Undergraduate application
First batch:
November 1, 2024 - February 15, 2025
Second batch:
February 16, 2025 - March 15, 2025
(Computer Science close on March 15)
Third batch:
March 16, 2025 - April 15, 2025
(Business Administration close on April 15)
Fourth batch:
April 16, 2025 - May 15, 2025
*September intake only.
Postgraduate application
1st Batch:
November 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024
2nd Batch:
January 1, 2025 - January 31, 2025
3rd Batch:
February 1, 2025 - February 28, 2025
4th Batch:
March 1, 2025 - April 15, 2025
Application submitted after the first three batches will be considered as the next batch one.
Application submitted after the fourth batch deadline is automatically regarded as giving up.
Applicants are encouraged to apply early to have a higher chance of receiving a scholarship.
