Application Requirements:
Age: 18-60 (scholarship applicants: 18-45; For applicants who are under the age of 18 and whose parents are not permanent residents of China, a formal authorization letter issued by the parents is required).

Application materials:
• Passport Color Scan (Photo Page)
• ID photo taken within the last six months. It should be a full-face, front-facing, vertical photo in JPG or JPEG format, with a file size no larger than 1MB.
• Color scan of your highest education certificate (or notarized Chinese/English translation if the original is not in Chinese/English)
• Financial Guarantee Letter
• Bank flow proof from the past six months, ensuring the balance is no less than the required tuition fee.
• For applicants under 18 who are not Chinese permanent residents, submit a notarized power of attorney from your parents.
