Applicant qualifications
1. Non-Chinese citizens who are in good physical and mental health, have a good academic background, abide by Chinese laws and school regulations voluntarily, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people;
2. Applicants who have obtained a high school diploma and are between the ages of 18 and 30; for applicants who are under 18 years old as of March 6, 2026, they must submit the original guardianship certificate issued by the notary office in Tianjin, and the guardian must be a resident of Tianjin with a permanent household registration;
3. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. For applicants whose native language is not an English-speaking country, their English proficiency must reach IELTS 5.5 (inclusive), or TOEFL 70 (inclusive), or Duolingo score 85 (inclusive), and provide proof of language ability.

Application materials
The scanned page of the first page of the passport (valid until July 31, 2026), for those who have had experiences in China, provide all relevant visas and residence permits issued by China.
The original or notarized copy of the high school graduation certificate, or for current students, provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by the school where they study (the graduation date should be earlier than January 6, 2026). During registration and reporting, the graduation certificate must be submitted again.
The original or notarized copy of the transcript of all courses in the high school stage.
Provide copies of IELTS, TOEFL or Duolingo test scores, with IELTS scores reaching 5.5 (inclusive), TOEFL scores reaching 70 (inclusive), or Duolingo scores reaching 85 (inclusive).
Submit a self-introduction video of about 3 minutes (in English). The content should include personal study experience, motivation for studying in China, future professional choice direction and personal development goals, etc.
Foreigner's physical examination form. Applicants must undergo the examination according to the items listed in the form. The validity period of the examination result is 6 months.
Application Instructions
All certificates, notarized documents or certified documents submitted by the applicant must be in the scanned or electronic form of the original in Chinese (or English). If the document is in another language, the original of the document and the Chinese (or English) translation of the notarized document must also be uploaded;
Applicants providing false or fraudulent materials will have their admission qualifications revoked.

Fee standards
Tuition fee: 7,500 yuan per semester;
Room fee: 3,000 yuan per bed per semester (for double rooms; to be paid upon registration);
Other expenses such as insurance and textbooks are the responsibility of the students themselves.
