Civil engineering is centered around "civil" - "civil" refers to the natural environment such as soil and foundation, while "wood" in modern times has expanded to various engineering materials (such as steel, concrete, composite materials, etc.). The core objective is to construct safe, durable, economical, and environmentally friendly engineering structures under the constraints of natural conditions, through scientific design and engineering technology, to meet the needs of humans for infrastructure such as housing, transportation, and water conservancy, covering the entire chain from planning and site selection to full life cycle maintenance.

1. Non-Chinese citizens. Be in good health with outstanding learning performance and morality.

2. For Non-Degree long-term Chinese language Program and Undergraduate Program, applicants should have at  least  senior-high diploma,and age below 25.

3. For Master Program, applicants should have bachelor degree or above, age below 35.

4. For Doctoral Program,applicants should have master degree or above, age below 40.

5. Chinese language program applicants must have high school graduation certificate and be under the age of 30.

1. Copy of original passport photopage and previous Chinese Visa pages.

2. Notarized highest diploma and thenotarized Chinese/English translation (Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date).

3. Original academic transcripts and the notarized Chinese/English translation.

4. Non-criminal Record and the notarized Chinese translation.

5. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (in English and valid within 6 months).

6. The copy of valid HSK or IELTS/TOEFL Certificate.

7. Resume.

8. A Study Plan in Chinese or English.

9. Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English by associate professors or scholars with the same titles and above for Master and Doctoral program.

10. Related research proposals, papers, portfolios and awards.
