(1) Basic Requirements: All applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged between 18 and 25, holding valid foreign passports. They should be in good health, have a good character, have no criminal record, be willing to abide by the laws of the Chinese government and the school's regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people.
(1) According to relevant regulations, foreign nationals, including those who have acquired foreign citizenship and their foreign-born children, as well as foreign-born children of Chinese citizens, must undergo the nationality status pre-screening conducted by the school during the admission process and the nationality determination carried out by the Chinese public security department's exit and entry administration after enrollment. Those who fail the nationality status pre-screening or the nationality determination will be regarded as having automatically waived their application qualifications and the subsequent possible admission qualifications or student status.
(2) According to Article 5 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, if both or one of the parents is a Chinese citizen who has settled in a foreign country and the individual acquires foreign nationality at birth, they do not possess Chinese nationality. Since 2021, those who apply to enter our university for undergraduate studies as international students must, in addition to meeting other admission requirements of the university, hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for 4 years (inclusive) or more, and have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for 2 years or more within the last 4 years (up to and including April 30 of the year of admission) (9 months of actual residence in a foreign country can be counted as one year, based on the entry and exit stamps).
(2) Four-year undergraduate students must have a high school education or above (equivalent to the sixth grade of junior high school level), and their Chinese proficiency test (HSK) score must be at level 4 or above (for students who learned Chinese during their high school years, after verification by our school, they can be exempted from providing HSK scores); they must also pass the admission evaluation of Sunshine College.
(3) Students enrolled in the two-year undergraduate program must have a diploma (or equivalent) from a junior college, along with a certificate of academic degree; their Chinese proficiency test (HSK) score must be at level 4 or above.

6. Personal Statement of the Applicant, no less than 500 words. It should include: educational and work experiences, achievements, special accomplishments, study plan in China, and personal award certificates, etc.
7. Certificate of No Criminal Record;
8. Relevant Chinese proficiency certificates;
