Northwestern Polytechnical University

Located in Xi'an, a metropolis known as the "Rome of the East", Xi'an University is the only university in the People's Republic of China that simultaneously develops aviation, astronomy and marine sciences. It is multidisciplinary and research-oriented. Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU) is located in the ancient city of Xi'an, founded in 1938 under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
