Shanghai Business School

The school has been making efforts to strengthen the construction of distinctive business-related majors (groups). Applied economics is classified as a second-class plateau discipline in Shanghai, while business administration has been selected for the Shanghai University's First Batch of First-Class Discipline (Class B) Cultivation Program. It has successively been included in the "Fourth Batch of Higher Education Institutions' Specialized Professional Construction Points" by the Ministry of Education, the "Undergraduate Teaching Project" of the Ministry of Education, the First Batch of Undergraduate Comprehensive Reform Pilot Programs of Local Universities, and the "Leading Plan for Shanghai Higher Education Institutions' First-Class Undergraduate Education".
