Changzhou University
The school was established in 1978 and its predecessor was the Wuxi and Changzhou branches of Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology. In 1981, with the approval of the State Council, the school was renamed Jiangsu Institute of Chemical Technology. In 1984, a joint educational mechanism was implemented between the Jiangsu Provincial Government and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation. In 1992, it became a subordinate institution managed by China Petroleum and Chemical Group Co.
