Recently, a degree program for a doctorate in management issued by UESTC and ISCTE Lisbon University Institute was authorized by Ministry of Education. (License No.: MOE51PT1A20111113N).

UESTC is the second institute of higher education in China to be given authorization to run a doctorate degree program with a foreign institute. According to responsible persons in the School of Management and Economics (which oversees this program), this event will exert a positive boosting effect on international exchange and cooperation, upgrading the international status of UESTC and promoting joint programs with foreign universities. It will also play a crucial role in promoting the discipline construction, teachers training, scientific research exchanges and sustainable cooperation of School of Management and Economics.
