February 21, 2006, New elected President of the International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO), Mr. Professor Li Dunqiu(Korea Seoul National University ), and the secretary-general of Northeast Forest Forum,  Piao Dongjun paid a visit to BFU. Chairman of BFU council, Prof. Wu Bin, and the director of the department of International exchange and cooperation of BFU, Ph.D Zhang Zhiqiang hosted and held meeting with the guests .
