On the morning of November 10, Prof. Kaye Chon, Dean of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Ben Jiang, Executive Officer, together with Zhao Shiqing, Director and General Manager of Hua Guang Estate, paid a visit to Jiangnan University (JU), accompanied by some principals of United Front Work Department of the CPC Wuxi, Development and Reform Commission, Tourism Bureau, and University Science & Technology Park Management Center. JU’s leaders at the reception were Prof. Fu Huiming, Vice President, Wu Xisheng, Office Chief of the CPC JU and Director of the United Front Work Department of JU, as well as principals from some departments and schools.

After briefing each other on the two universities, Prof. Fu, Prof. Kaye Chon and the two sides started a lively discussion on school running, featured teaching and teaching quality. After a gift presentation, the visit ended with a tour around the campus and the Design Museum as well.
