1. Allocation condition of water meter & ammeter: Each apartment has one water meter and one ammeter (including 4 rooms). Each water meter is  equipped with an IC card. And water can be provided only when the IC card is inserted into the water meter .
2. How to recharge the water card? Students should go to Guard’s Room to recharge the water card on the last day of each month, with 4 free ton water for each person every month, (suppose 6 persons live in one apartment, this apartment will be provided with 6*4=24 ton free water monthly.) when the capacity in one card is below 7 ton water, the user will be reminded automatically.
3. 15 yuan will be charged for buying another new IC card.
4. How to check ammeter and pay the electricity fee? The ammeters for all the apartment are installed on the first floor. 80 units free eclectricity will be provided to each room automatically through computer. The flickering indicator lighter is giving you a warning of free electricity exhaustion and reminding you of recharging in time.
