On the morning of September, 11, a grand opening ceremony for freshmen 2015 washeld in the university stadium. Li ji’an,Deputydirector of the Municipal People’s Congress, university party secretary, LiFeng, Municipal CPPCC Vice Chairman, president of Shenyang University, WangMingyou, Deputy Secretary of the university party,secretaryof the Discipline Committee, vice presidents of Shenyang University: Li Luping,Yuan zhonghu, Wang Shumei;Liu Guangchun, member of the university council, attended theopening ceremony. Deans of colleges, main leaders from departments concernedand all the freshmen 2015 attended the ceremony as well.The ceremony was presided over by Li Peng, Deputy Secretary of the university party,vice president of Shenyang University.
